Nick M.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Nick graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with Highest Departmental Honors in Theatre and a minor in Computer Science. Nick’s penchant for teaching grew out of his passion for theatre. First leading workshops in playwriting and acting while at Vanderbilt, Nick soon moved to New York City and took on educational writing and mentorship responsibilities as part of his expansive position at the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre company. In his three years working in administration for the company’s Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, Nick harnessed his dual love for art and mathematics to excel at a wide range of responsibilities, writing articles on behalf of the CEO while managing thousands of dollars’ worth of tickets every season. Once a National Merit Semifinalist and AP Scholar with Honor, Nick is now a working playwright and freelance copywriter who, when not tutoring, spends most of his time re-writing everything he wrote the day before.
