Marketing Coordinator

A-List Education is looking for a contract Marketing Coordinator to support the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching market trends and compiling reports about consumer needs, setting up email automation, tracking analytics, creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, social media posts, ads and assisting in executing marketing projects for A-List Education.


  • Diploma in graphic design and/or Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing/Sales or Communications.
  • Experience using CRM (Zoho preferred), WordPress, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
  • A power-user of all major social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, at minimum).
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics.
  • Knowledge in creating campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and traditional media (preference will be given to candidates with experience and portfolio).
  • Detail Oriented, Excellent writing & verbal communication skills.

Director of Pathway Programs

The Director will be part of the Operations team at the Company, which is led by the CFOO, and is responsible for all post-sale functions, including services provided to all clients by the Company. The Company serves retail clients with remote and in person tutoring, test prep and advising services; and serves institutional clients that include schools, districts and nonprofits, with academic and test prep services, and materials and resources.

The Company has been engaged by multiple nonprofit clients to create customized, multi-year programs, starting in 9th grade, to support cohorts of students academically, socially and with test prep and college advising services, on their pathway to college. The new multi-year programs are scheduled to start on January 1, 2022, in NYC.

The Director will bring life to the multi-year programs, which have been created on paper but have not been launched. 

The Company runs other test prep and college advising programs in districts, schools and nonprofits in and around NYC, for one semester or a full school year, and the Director may be asked to support those programs as well. There are other Program Managers on the team who also support the existing programs.

At certain points during all programming, the Director will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on renewal and retention and will capture data for reporting purposes.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • The director must be skilled at using client management software (Zoho One) and project management software (Trello), and must be able to build program financial models and quotes on Sheets.
  • This role will be hybrid. The director may work from home when there are no on-site duries; and will be asked to work throughout the tri-state area when program needs require in-person presence. The Company has a Midtown Manhattan office where the team goes to pick up supplies and hold in person meetings.
  • Saturday and Sunday work may be required during peak seasons, which will be dependent on demands of the program, but usually take place in Fall and Spring.
  • Experience in a program management or relationship building role is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

A-List Educators utilize their multifaceted skills combined with A-List-provided intensive training to engage in 1:1 lessons tailored to the student seeking to increase their scores in academic courses or college-readiness exams, deliver high-quality SAT/ACT instruction to classes of high school students, and guide students who are utilizing the Testive online platform for their test prep studies.


  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Previous experience tutoring/teaching preferred

  • Preference will be given to those who are willing to travel in-person to Long Island, NY
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Teaching certification a plus
  • Degree in education, pedagogy, or similar a plus
